Developed for one of the most successful rugby teams in the Aviva Premiership, the Exeter Chiefs app (for iPhone and Android) has been downloaded well over 15,000 times most users accessing at least twice a week.
The popular app pulls content dynamically from the Exeter Chiefs' website (which Rokk Media also developed) as well as from other sources such as Twitter, Flickr and YouTube.
Features include news, fixtures, results, match reports, league table, photos, videos, and Twitter stream.

This unique app provides a facility for footballers to book a scouting session with a leading football agency and learn more about their services. It also provides access to UK football news and a calendar of forthcoming scouting sessions throughout the UK.
The app is scheduled for release in October 2011 and will be approximately £0.99 to download.

Designed for iPhone and iPad, this fun to use app reflects the vibrancy of Exeter's unique animation festival held in February each year. The App is available to download here.


Rokk Media developed the very first independent garage app of it's kind. MyMeca received national press coverage including Talk Sport.
Mainly aimed at promoting Meca Car Services - the regions only award winning lady owned garage, the app provides a facility for booking in a car as well as information on the business, Meca Car Services news, news from the Good Garage scheme, and social media feeds.
An Android version of MyMeca has also been recently released.

A feature rich native iPhone app which provides numerous ways to log the incident including a handy voice recorder, access to the phone's camera, and GPS logging. The app features business news, specialist managers' Twitter feeds, contact information linked to Google Maps, videos, and an interactive tax table featuring all key tax dates and rates for the year.
An Android version is currently in development.

Michele Knight is the most succesful psychic in the UK today and has been a long term client of Rokk Media's. The Goddess Reader App provides tailored astrological readings for the user through an engaging animated interface and personalised videos.
Part of the extensive Michele Knight network of award winning websites also developed by Rokk Media, the app is free to download and is the first of a planned stable of Michele Knight branded apps.

A complex blend of iPhone App, back-office management system, and mobile web-site - the Club Spotter app enables users to find clubs and any special offers for that day anywhere within the UK and mainland Europe. Accessing an extensive and dynamic database, the user has access to thousands of nightspots and can instantly see what events being run that night and if there are any drinks specials.
The app has a subscription model wherein the user pays a blanket subscription or on a per-use basis. The app also supplements revenue with advertising.
There is also a web-app which works on all internet enabled mobile devices but lacks some of the key native functionality of the iPhone and is primarily used as a marketing tool.
The back-office management system allows the client to maintain the database of clubs and events, subscribers, and advertising.

Developed for one of Europe's largest providers of hosting and datacentres, this app allows clients to access their hosting accounts via iPhone. It is only available as part of a premium account package and provides several screens of management options and reporting functionality.
Initially the app will be native for iPhone, but an Android and web-app version are slated for the near future.

This iPad app was developed as an internal sales aid for a fifty strong South-East solar panel provider's sales team.
The app has three key functions - to illustrate the options available by way of an engaging catalogue; to enable the sales person to calculate costs and savings for the customer; to construct the order and produce the necessary documentation.
Sales effectiveness has increased as a result of having this engaging tool.

This app is in closed beta and has been developed on behalf of a leading academic research unit. The premise of this app is to enable farmers across the world to determine the optimum time to farm a crop, in turn maximising yield.
It achieves this by prompting the user to enter specific information as well as take photographs of the crop. This is then transmitted to a remote web-based service which analyses the data and produces a detailed report.
