The scope of the CRM (no public facing interface available) is huge, enabling complex and timely management of both new sales or existing clients.
Through a detailed user management module, employees are granted varying levels of access depending on their role in the organisation and can facilitate a variety of back-office tasks without leaving the system.
The CRM has now been rolled out to most divisions within the company providing a comprehensive solution for their customer and sales requirements. In 2010 a complete overhaul of the system is planned in order to ensure that it meets with latest best practice development approaches and to enhance overall performance given the greater level of use it now copes with.
