CRM and Sales Management Tool

A comprehensive customer relationship and sales management system

A bespoke CRM and sales management system developed for an eighty million pound turnover company that provides a multitude of services throughout the UK, mainly in and around schools and academic institutions.

The scope of the CRM (no public facing interface available) is huge, enabling complex and timely management of both new sales or existing clients.

Through a detailed user management module, employees are granted varying levels of access depending on their role in the organisation and can facilitate a variety of back-office tasks without leaving the system.

The CRM has now been rolled out to most divisions within the company providing a comprehensive solution for their customer and sales requirements. In 2010 a complete overhaul of the system is planned in order to ensure that it meets with latest best practice development approaches and to enhance overall performance given the greater level of use it now copes with.

What our clients say

  • “I think you pitched it just right and were able to cope well with our varying degrees of SEO knowledge. You explained things in simple terms so as not to overload us, but were able to give detailed explanations when we needed them, which shows you really know your subject. The session was the right length to cover everything and you must have done a good job as we didn’t have any questions at the end. The refreshments provided were a nice touch as well.”

    Maureen Gori de Murden
    Exeter City Council

Adam thank you for offering Fred’s services today and the hospitality you gave as a company.

  • “From the moment I enquired with Rokk Media about building our website, I was impressed by their attentiveness, efficiency and professionalism. Throughout the whole process, they have been highly responsive and have had a strong grasp on our brand identity and of the end result. Special mention goes to Tara Fletcher, who has headed up the project. Tara is consultative, methodical and has gone the extra mile throughout the process. I highly recommend Rokk Media”

  • “We recruited Rokk Media to develop a website for our European project, VALMER. It was a challenging brief as we wanted to be able to edit the website, yet develop some more advanced features which required more than simple ‘out of the box’ solutions. Rokk really listened to what we wanted, and went out of their way to understand our project in order to deliver a website that suited our needs. Project management was excellent, and Hannah was always quick to respond to any communications. We are absolutely delighted with our website, which is both stylish and functional, and would have no hesitation in recommending Rokk Media.”

    Ness Smith

  • “Your technical and artistic interpretation of our ideas has been exceptional… the website was completed on budget and on time, and exceeds all the objectives we set at our first meeting… there were times that I felt we were your only client – I know that wasn’t the case!”

    Phil Hughes

  • “I would be more than happy for anyone to contact me to discuss the quality of the work and service that we’ve received from Rokk, so please, rather than sit and read through a load of waffle, pick up the phone and call me, or even drop me an email. In short; work with Rokk – you will NEVER regret it”

    Justin Miles
    Last Great Challenge
  • “You have all been brilliant and we thank you most sincerely for your outstanding work, attention to detail and skill – and as importantly for the way you have taken it on. Your passion and energy for this project has been exemplary”
